How do we make a reservation?

To make a reservation you must both leave your details and make a bank transfer for the 50% of the total amount as a deposit. Then, you receive a confirmation, the cancellation conditions, and a list of the things you will find at the house. The remaining amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival.

What does the price include?

VAT is included. Household linen: sheets, blankets, quilts, one hand towel and one shower towel per person, tablecloths, napkins, and cloths. Firewood for the fireplace and the barbecue. Heating in winter. Internet connection.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposit is 100% refunded if cancellations are made 31 days prior to the arrival date.

Deposit is 75% refunded if cancellations are made within 15 and 8 days prior to the arrival date.

Deposit is not refunded if cancellations are made 8 days before the arrival date.

Do you have a crib?

Yes, but you are requested to book it in advance (at no additional cost). We also have highchairs and a bathtub for children under 30 months at your disposal. From this age on children must book a place.

Can extra beds be added?

Yes, two beds in large houses and one bed in small ones. The price is € 20.

Do you accept dogs?

Yes, we accept one dog per home with the strong commitment to never leave it alone either outside or inside the house. Dogs cannot access the pool area. The price is 10 € / night. Potentially dangerous breeds are not allowed.

Will we find wood for the barbecue and the fireplace?

Yes, at no extra cost.

Is there internet connection?

Yes, but out of our control technical incidents may occur considering that we are located on the mountains.

Is there drinking water?

Yes.

Is the access to the houses paved?

Yes.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Weekends: Check-in between 4pm and 9pm and check-out before 7pm.

Week stays: Check-in between 5pm and 9pm and check-out at 10am.

Can we have visits during the day?

Yes, but you must give prior notice of the number of visitors. In order to ensure the tranquility of the house, visitors are not permitted to access the swimming pool neither the children’s play area.

Is the house suitable for celebrations?

Yes, provided that you respect the capacity of the house and avoid disturbing other hosts.
